● Replace other power adapters to confirm whether the power supply is disconnected

● If it is not disconnected, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset, and the device will hear “Reset success”, wait for tens of seconds until the device enters the pairing state, and re-pair (the network configuration state remains for 5 minutes)
